We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Returnable Items

  • Eye masks: may be returned if unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Mouth tape and nasal strips: these are single-use, personal hygiene products and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging

If you are unsatisfied with mouth tape or nasal strips, please contact us — we handle these on a case-by-case basis and are committed to making it right.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@slpmax.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in the return instructions
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@slpmax.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will send a full replacement at no cost — no return of the damaged item required.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active subscription (e.g., monthly refill pack), you can cancel at any time. To cancel:

  • Email us at support@slpmax.com with your order details
  • Cancellations take effect before your next billing cycle

Already-shipped subscription orders are subject to the return policy above.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
